1. Post Name: Office Peon
No. of Post: 11 [SC- 2; ST(P)- 2; ST(H)- 1; OBC/MOBC- 5; EWS- 1]
Educational Qualification: Minimum Class VIII Pass
Salary: Rs. 12,000 - 37,500 + G.P. 3,900/-

2. Post Name: Jarikarak
No. of Post: 4 [ST(P)- 1; OBC/MOBC-2; UR- 1]
Educational Qualification: Minimum Class VIII Pass
Salary: Rs. 12,000 - 37,500 + G.P. 4,400/-

General Terms & Conditions to Apply:

1. Reservation for woman and person with Disability as per rule.
2. The Candidate must have registered their names in the employment exchange and valid registration along with the date must be mentioned in their application.
3. The applicant must not be less than 18 years and 38 years of age as on 1st January 2020. Upper age limit is relaxable for the candidate ST/ SC/ OBC-MOBC etc. as per standing Government norms.
4. Incomplete / Defective application shall be rejected with out any information to the candidates / applicants.
5. The accepted accepted candidates have to appear in written test. All the information pertaining written test result and final result will be intimated through news paper and notice board of Deputy Commissioner Office, Nalbari.
6. No TA/DA shall be paid by the office for attending the written test and document verification.

How to Apply: 

1. Candidates have to submit the application in the Standard Form (Assam Gazette Part IX)
2. The applicants have to send their application through the post, superscribing the post applied for on the top of the envelop as follows "THE DEPUTY COMMISSIONER, NALBARI :: OFFICE OF THE DEPUTY COMMISSIONER, NALBARI, PIN - 781335’’
3. Candidates must submit self-attested xerox copies of the proof of permanent resident of Assam (Voter id or PRC), Qualifying Examination, Age, Caste Certificate along with recent passport size photograph and spiecmen signature at the application.
4. Candidates belonging to Economically Weaker section  (EWS) have to furnish proper "Income & Asset Certificate’’ issued from competent authority.
