Online Applications are invited from the intending candidates for filling up the following temporary posts which are laying vacant in the office of the Foreigners Tribunal 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, & 6th, Cachar. Complete details are given below.

1. Name of the Post: Stenographer

No. of the Post: 05   [For ( FT 2nd= 01, FT 3rd= 01, FT 4th= 01, FT 5th= 01, FT 6th= 01)]

Pay Scale: 14,000-60,500 + GP 7400

Required Qualification: 

• Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate Examination Passed.
• Diploma/Certificate in Stenography from ITI/Polytechnic.
• Must possess a minimum 6 (six) months Diploma/Certificate in Computer Application from a recognized institute. They must have good working knowledge of office productivity software tools like MS Window, Excel, PowerPoint, DTP ( English/ Bengali) and Internet Processing etc.

2. Name of the Post: LDA

No. of the Post: 02  [For (FT 3rd= 01, FT 5th= 01)]

Pay Scale: 14,000-60,500 + GP 6,200/-

Required Qualification:

• Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate Examination Passed.
• Must possess a minimum 6 (six) months Diploma/Certificate in Computer Application from a recognized institute. They must have good working knowledge of office productivity software tools like MS Window, Excel, PowerPoint, DTP ( English/ Bengali) and Internet Processing etc.

3. Name of the Post: Typist

No. of the Post: 03  [For ( FT 1st= 01, FT 2nd= 01, FT 3rd= 01)]

Pay Scale: 14,000-60,500 + GP 6,200/-

Required Qualification:

• HSLC Passed.
• Must possess a minimum 6 (six) months Diploma/Certificate in Computer Application from a recognized institute. They must have good working knowledge of office productivity software tools like MS Window, Excel, PowerPoint, DTP ( English/ Bengali) and Internet Processing etc.

4. Name of the Post: Bench Asstt.

No. of the Post: 05  [For ( FT 2nd= 01, FT 3rd= 01, FT 4th= 01, FT 5th= 01, FT 6th= 01)]

Pay Scale: 14,000-60,500 + GP 6,200/-

Pay Scale: 9,000/- PM (Fixed)

Required Qualification: 

• Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate Examination Passed.
• Must possess a minimum 6 (six) months Diploma/Certificate in Computer Application from a recognized institute. They must have good working knowledge of office productivity software tools like MS Window, Excel, PowerPoint, DTP ( English/ Bengali) and Internet Processing etc.

6. Name of the Post: Data Entry Operator

No. of the Post: 11  [For ( FT 1st= 01, FT 2nd= 02, FT 3rd= 02, FT 4th= 02, FT 5th= 02, FT 6th= 02)]

Pay Scale: 10,000/-  PM (Fixed)

Required Qualification: 

• Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate Examination Passed.
• Must possess a minimum 6 (six) months Diploma/Certificate in Computer Application from a recognized institute. They must have good working knowledge of office productivity software tools like MS Window, Excel, PowerPoint, DTP ( English/ Bengali) and Internet Processing etc.

7. Name of the Post: Office Peon

No. of the Post: 01 (For  FT 2nd= 01)

Pay Scale: 12000/- to 37000/- + GP Rs. 3900/-

Required Qualification: Must possess the education qualification of class VIII pass but under matriculation

8. Name of the Post: Chowkidar 

No. of the Post: 01 For FT 2nd = 01

Pay Scale: 12000/- to 37000/- + GP Rs. 3900/-

Required Qualification: Must possess the education qualification of class VIII pass but under matriculation

Age: The applicant should not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years of age as on 01/01/2021. The Upper Age limit for OBC/MOBC is 43 years, Ex Serviceman is 42 years and persons with disability is 50 years as per existing govt. norms. The age of the candidates will be calculated on the basis of matriculation/ HSLC Admit Card/ Certificate issued by a recognized Board/ Council. No other documents shall be accepted in lieu thereof  for the purpose
